TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions of this promotion set a legally binding agreement between Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“Mondelez”) and Participants
- The Promotion: Whip up & Win activation (“the Promotion”)
- The Promoter: This Promotion is being run by Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“the Promotor”).
- Markets: This Promotion is open to residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain. All participants & or their sponsors must be [12_] years old and above (“Participant”).
Eligibility Requirements: In order to be eligible to participate in the promotion, the Participants must:
- Purchase the Oreo & Dream Whip Bundle;
- Participants must scan the QR code available on the promo pack, which will re-direct them to the website www.oreodreamwhipdesserts.com and fill out the information as required including the Proof of Purchase / Receipt
- Once information is submitted, Participants stand a chance to win one of the Prizes as defined below via e-raffle draw.
Winner selections (how and when):
- Start Date: [27/10/2021]
- End Date: [23/11/2021]
Winners will be chosen based on e-raffle draw by Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. There will be a total of [ 10 ] winners. All entries must be received on or after the Start date and on or before the End Date. In the event of the same Participant winning twice, the Participant will only be entitled to one prize which is the first prize that he/she has won. Winners must show a government ID when claiming the prize.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are delayed or not received due to any error, omission, delay in operation, transmission, network or software problems or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control.
Notifying Winners: Winner will be announced on the website (www.oreodreamwhipdesserts.com) and will be contacted via telephone. Winners must claim their prizes within 6 months of the date of winner announcement.
Winning Prizes*:
- 2 x Kitchen Machine
- 3 x Nutri-blenders
- 5 x Hand Blenders
No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Promotor reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value after informing Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and receiving their approval.

The Promoter shall have the right to use all material shared by the Participants for its social media content.

Disqualification:

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions after informing Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and receiving their approval.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason without any notice whatsoever and with no liability to any user or any third party after informing Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and receiving their approval.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant has provided false information in their submission form or their submitted video after informing Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and receiving their approval.
Additional Cost: Any costs associated with accessing any digital platform is the Participant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be deemed responsible or liable towards any third party and/or Participant in case of infringements of any kind of such third party's or Participant’s rights or any loss of person or property or damage caused to the Participant/ third party by virtue of participation in this Promotion.
Force Majeure:: If for any reason the Promoter cannot provide the winner with the prize because of any delays or changes beyond the Promoter’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize reasonably considered of equal value or greater value.
Participant’s Information and data privacy::

By entering this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the information provided by the Participant may be used by the Promoter or appointed agency for the administration of this Promotion.

The Promoter may also use the information to carry out research about this Promotion and communicate future promotions to the Participant.

The personal data of the Participants collected in connection with this Promotion, are necessary for the performance of the Promotion and to satisfy legal and other requirements not contained herein.

The Participant expressly authorizes the Promoter to process personal data concerning him/ her and to communicate such data, to the subsidiary companies of the group, to its partners, its subcontractors and service providers and to any other required legal authorities, as required for the execution of this Promotion and in accordance with local laws and regulations.

In this context, the Participant has the right to access, modify and delete his/ her personal data.
The Promoter’s Employees:: This Promotion is not open to the Promotor’s employees (or members of their immediate families namely sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or spouses) or the employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or any third parties involved in the execution of this Promotion, either directly or indirectly. If any such person wins the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel such participation.
Governing Law::The terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to the Laws of Kingdom of Bahrain and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising in connection with this Promotion.
Reserved Rights:Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, alter or add to at any time during its term after informing and approval of Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
